As part of this reorganization, the Sales Division has been transferred to NGK CORPORATION, and the Manufacturing Division has been transferred to NGK CERAMIC DEVICE CO., LTD.

By reallocating the functions previously handled by NGK Electronics Devices, Inc. to the most suitable entities within the NGK Group, the Group aims to enhance the specialization of each function, concentrate management resources on the production of high value-added products that require high-precision processes, and build a stronger and more sustainable business foundation.

NGK Electronics Devices, Inc. has resolved at its Board of Directors meeting—along with the Board of Directors of NGK CORPORATION.—to reorganize its corporate structure through an absorption-type company split and absorption-type merger,effective April 1, 2026 (scheduled).
